This is a really nice couch recliner! There are 3 recliners with this couch, the two on the ends are motorized and work perfectly we did not use them much, the one in the middle a manual style recliner. No rips or tears very well taken care of we are getting a smaller couch for more room. You will need a truck and help to move this couch I am unable to help! $100 is a steal for this room filler.
