Forever home needed for 18 month old puppy/dog

For unforeseen circumstances, we need to rehome our sweet puppy girl. She is extremely smart and follows most commands, as a puppy she is still learning as well. She loves to cuddle and snuggle. She plays well on her own and also with other dogs. She loves to play with other dogs and has been around cats and is okay with them too. We did have her DNA done for her breed - which is primarily Labrador Retriever and Bloodhound with a bit of bullterrier and bulldog. We do have the paperwork for this. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and has a microchip. It breaks our hearts to let her go, so all we are hoping for is for her to be fully loved and cared for in a forever home. She is crate-trained and potty-trained for going outside. She will come with her crate and blankets and toys to hopefully make it a smooth transition for her. It will be my last week working as well so it may take me a moment to respond, however, I will respond and will remove this posting once we have found her a home. Thank you.
