What is vegan charcuterie anyway? This custom menu is comprised of artisan bites curated and developed by Sadie Sattler from Sadie Cooks Plants. Items include vegan cheeses, tofu crackers, bread, and fresh fruits.
Charcuterie will be served on individual platters with a pairing menu and introduction from winemaker Rob McCall of Pine Lake Cellars.
Seating will be festival style with tables consisting of four to six seats each.
All Sadie Cooks Plants items are vegan - meaning they contain no dairy, eggs, or animal products. Items on this menu contain wheat, tree nuts, soy, and coconut.
