For many years, Marta Shedletsky is leading Valentine's Day Partner Yoga classes at the Bikram studio in Yorktown. This year, she'll co-lead this class with her daughter, Ciri. The studio for this class will be room temperature, not heated like Bikram classes. Partner yoga is an excellent practice of communication and intimacy, and of course lots of fun and laughter! You don't need any previous experience in yoga. The teachers will model and explain the postures, and help you if you need any modifications. Come with a partner, a friend, a sibling, a parent or a child, or whoever brings joy to your heart! Bring your yoga mats.
