Calling all Yogis! Glow Flow Silent Disco Yoga is happening throughout winter! Come join Denver Yoga Social for Glow Flow Silent Disco Yoga on select Fridays all winter long! We're teaming up with AGCO, Mirus Art Gallery & Temple Bar to bring you a one-of-a-kind yoga experience. Local yoga instructors from Denver Yoga Social will be leading you through an all levels vinyasa style yoga class in Mirus Art Gallery & Art Bar right off Broadway. New to Silent Disco Yoga? Simply grab a pair of complimentary headphones, tune into the instructor & DJ, & enjoy an intimate class via headphones. All levels are welcome. Class starts at 7pm, but make sure to arrive early to get a spot! If Glow Flow Silent Disco Yoga wasn't amazing enough already, social hour kicks off after class with happy hour drinks & free admission to Temple Bar after class!
