Our relationship with self sets the foundation of all of our other relationships. This is why learning to love ourselves is so important to foster successful and meaningful connections.
On February 13, the day before Valentine's day, this class will take us through exercises meant to foster self love including:
- Affirmations
- Heart-Opening Yoga Flow
- Short Guided Meditation
- Journal Reflection
Please bring: a mat, journal, and water bottle. High vibe kangen water available at the event.
