The Miss Manchester Scholarship Program is raising money for our scholarships and donations for local animal shelters through donated products and food. Attendance is free to spectators with any donation for local animal shelters. Dogs can be entered in one or several categories. Prize package will be announced for TOP DOG Categories: Tallest Dog Smallest Dog Waggiest Tail Most Original Costume (Dog or Dog Owner Combo) Coolest Senior Prettiest Girl Most Handsome Boy Best Child Dog Handler Cutest and Most Bestest Shelter Alumni $5 per entered category
