The PITCH is proud to host the inaugural Tar Heels in Action speaker series. It is a forum to share experiences and insights of alumni, students, and friends of UNC with the student body and the Chapel Hill community. The forum will be in front of a live audience of students, alumni, and local citizens while also being streamed utilizing The PITCH's state of the art camera system. Ritch Allison completed his undergraduate degree from Kenan-Flagler Business School in 1989 and completed his Kenan-Flagler MBA degree in 1995. Ritch ended his 11-year consulting tenure at Bain & Company as a Partner. He then joined Dominos to help accelerate their global presence. He served in Domino's international from 2011-2018, ending as President. Ritch retired from Dominos in 2022 after serving four yeas as their CEO. Ritch is currently a Board member at Starbucks. Ritch's wife, Susan along with their daughter, Emily, and son, Jake are all Tar Heel graduates. Mack Patterson is a undergrad graduate of 1978. Although he graduated from Carolina with a Bachelors of History, Mack took an entrepreneurial path with the same company. He has grown Patterson Pizza Companies to include more than 70 Domino's restaurants spanning the greater Charlotte area, Hickory, Chapel Hill, Raleigh, and Boone. Former employee and founder of Toppers Pizza, Scott Gittrich, calls Mack a "friend and a business hero." Mack and his two sons manage the company as they continue to grow. Ritch & Mack will share highlights from their amazing journey from UNC student to being 'big cheeses' in their industry. These uniquely different journeys to great success under the same Domino's brand will be explored by Ritch & Mack asking each other questions after they share their individual journey. We will end the night with these great Tar Heels answering questions from the audience.
