MenuFirst Course: Southern Caesar Salad with Deep Fried Deviled Eggs Shaved parmesan, roasted tomatoes, kalamata olives & cornbread croutons mixed with a creamy oak wood-smoked IPA Ceasar dressing. Served with (2) deep-fried deviled eggs topped with crispy pork belly. Pairing: “Tir Na Nog" - Scottish Ale Second Course: Street Corn Chowder Thick and creamy corn chowder mixed with authentic Mexican flavors, served with freshly toasted tortillas. Pairing: “No Filter" - Hazy IPA Main Course: Surf & Turf Thinly sliced marinated fillet (medium temperature) served over a thin blue lump crab cake, crispy shallots, garlic roasted mushrooms & spinach. Topped with a lemon herb sauce. Pairing: "Flying Hyena" - Pale Ale Dessert Course: Cinnamon Apple Crepes Warm toasted crepe shells topped with brown buttered cinnamon apples and a creamy maple marscapone. Pairing: "Singularity" - BA Imperial Stout
