These principles are based on honesty, integrity, and professionalism, and are intended to protect the public from harm. The National Association of REALTORS® enforces the code of ethics, and violations can result in disciplinary action, including losing one's real estate license. This class covers the NAR tri-annual Code of Ethics requirement for all REALTOR-ASSOCIATE® members.
