Attendees will learn to identify key differences in drafting contracts protecting a buyer, a seller, and/or a lessor of a horse. Topics will also include the role played by trainers, agents and pre-purchase veterinarians as well as review mandatory agency /commission disclosure statutes nationwide. Presenter and attorney Denise Farris Scrivener enjoys a national reputation in both equine, veterinary and pharmaceutical regulatory law.
