Join us for our judgement-free, beginner friendly yoga classes at the Family Activity Center! Yoga has many benefits, such as: Balance, flexibility, and strength buildingStress reductionBreath controlFocus and calmnessWe want this opportunity to be accessible to everyone, so our yoga classes are structured to be child-friendly, family-friendly, and beginner-friendly. Yoga mats and yoga blocks are available to all who need them. Our yoga classes will be weekly, taking place on Sundays at 10 AM. They will be led by Monique Nicole Kirksey.
