We will enjoy live music by Mystik Fool, a mini Self-Love ceremony + reiki by Lindsaya to prepare us for a 40 minutes flow with Sarah, founder of A&E Yoga. - Doors open at 6:30 - The ceremony begins promptly at 7 pm - Mini Self-Love Ceremony - Yoga Flow - Grazing Hors d'oeuvres, Drinks + Live Music until 9 pm This event is the perfect way to launch into the month of love + heart health!
