Malissa Grimsley is a 500 ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher). She is specially certified in Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra Teacher— incorporating mind, body, and soul with each and every practice. Movement and stillness paired with breathing techniques, meditation, sound therapy, essential oils, and energy clearing help to quiet the mind and improve health amidst the flow.
