I’m looking to hire one guy who is drug and alcohol free who has his own ride to work somebody with a calm temper somebody who knows how to do demo as well as some construction it’s OK if you don’t know everything mostly on this job I just need somebody to help me demo And somebody to work by my side to put things back together. The pay scale is from $15 an hour to $20 an hour but it’s going to depend on your skill level and if we discuss on the phone a certain number and when you’re working, I will stop you and say yes the number we talked about it’s good or I will tell you it’s not good and tell you where I think it’s at, and if you are not compliant with that I can pay you what I think it’s worth and you can leave. I’ve been in this field way too long. I’m not gonna let anybody bullshit me around. I need to get this job done I have other jobs lined up. I’m looking for a serious candidate somebody who I can hopefully keep busy if they are consistent. No vaping no drugs no drinking alcohol no gummy‘s. No nothing sober clean that’s it.
