Description

Was at HyVee on First Ave around 3:30-4:00. Saw a blonde girl looking at baked goods and she looked nervous. Went and checked out and was sitting in my car and noticed a guy walking around following girls that were coming out of the store. This girl then came out and started speed walking. I then noticed this guy in a maroon van, start to follow this girl. I then noticed him drive around the block, and then drive through the alley, assuming trying to find her. Trying to get ahold of her to see if she made it to her destination and to see if she needs help.
