Hervname is Katherine and she was last seen at Memorial Hospital where she was released and they said that you need to know further treatment the last time I saw she was in police custody now she's missing 3 days nobody can tell me anything she's schizophrenic and offer meds at which is why I called police several times of the past days to try to get her some help and this is to help I got it anybody seen her or knows that whereabouts please contact me where from North Carolina I'm a long distance truck driver who just passing through and transmission went out right here in South Bend so I can't leave until I find her any information will be a great help even the smallest details I can be reached at Shaun anytime day or night she is a mother of four small children and in desperate need of help if you see her do not try to hold her or keep her or put a hand to her in any way she she can be combative or outright aggressive due to her mental state so please do not try to detain her in any way keep an eye on her from a distance and call either me or South Bend PD thanks for any info you can offer!
