Needing Help on installing a printer

I have a HP Deskjet 2732 printer and I cannot get it work. a brand new printer with brand new ink. When I turn in one if says 'OFFLINE'' and my colored ink says 'OUT'...I have to have this asap....If you are in the Millard area and how to fix this, please message me....Thanks
