Almost 2 year old cat needs rehomed ASAP

Hello! Almost 2 years ago my mother adopted an orange cat. He grew very attached to her, and is like a baby. She loves this cat more than anything. However, recently her apartment building has begun to fall apart. She has not had heat or running water and is actively trying to move out as quick as possible. We are looking to rehome Lionus (the cat) with someone that will give him the love and attention my mom did. He can be skittish around loud noises or children. We do not know how he does around dogs, he is cautious at first but playful with other cats. He is microchipped and he is fixed. She is located in Pittsburgh, but I am located near Robinson Township. I am willing to meet somewhere and we are not charging a rehoming fee. We just ask that we’re told how he settles in.
