I am currently hiring for 2 apprentices and helper position with carpentry, flooring, painting, and home improvement projects. Requirements: 1. High School or Equivalent Preferred 2. Need to have transportation (car) to come to job site. 3. Willing to learn the tools and skill needed to be pride in your work. 4. Work hours are 11AM to 7:00PM or 10AM to 6:00PM. (Flexible Schedule & Weekend Work is also available) 7. Dress properly - Most of the work will be done in customer house so, we expect our workers to dress appropriately. 8. PAY is done weekly - CashApp, Venmo or Company Check or Bank Transfer. 9. On the Job Training and Bonus Pay structure based on your work performance. Job Locations: Hartford Country Area's Only Most of our customers are in the following areas: Hartford, East Hartford, Manchester, South Windsor, Windsor, Windsor Locks, etc. Experience in any of the the following areas: 1. Some Experience with painting interior or exterior. Your ability to safely move, climb and work from ladders for productive work days. You work well with a team during all aspects of residential interior and exterior projects, including prep, paint, and clean up. Whether brush painting or paint spraying, we truly rely on you to assist in the overall success of our business! 2. Some Experience and knowledge of constructions and carpentry. Job Responsibilities include Demo of interior or exterior house projects, measuring. Rough Carpentry skills such as measuring, cutting wood, using to electrical tools. Assisting with installation of Doors, Windows, Deck, Siding, Fencing, etc. This position earns $17 to $25 an hour, based on experience level.
