My name is Emily I work for MLC Staffing and we are partnered with Access Wireless. We are providing free government phones to anyone who receives benefits such as: Food Stamps, Medicaid, Social Security Checks, or is a Veteran. All you need is your state issued I.D. or drivers license, a copy of your birth certificate or social security card, and your rewards letter for the benefits you receive. You can come to the office 1301 North 14th Street Lafayette, IN or I can come meet you. The process can take up to an hour, cases my vary. I am in the office 7 days a week. M-F 8am-8pm, Sat and Sun 10am-8pm. I do walk ins or you can call to schedule an appointment , ASK FOR EMILY.
