Been a struggle to find a good helper that wants to work. People answer the ad and just don't show up. Must be customer friendly and detail oriented. Must have your own transportation to and from jobsites. Mt. P and West Ashley mostly. We pay $120 to $150 cash at the end of the day. Raking and bagging leaves, trimming bushes, cutting grass and all the other yard work jobs. Start around 8am hope to finish by 3. I'm taking a different approach. 1. Leave your name and number and we'll call and answer any questions. 2. If we like how you sound I will give you a work number to call each morning at 7am Monday - Friday to let us know you are ready to work that day. 3. We give you the adress to the job and you show up at 8. 4. We pay you at the end of the day. I don't think I can make it more simple than this.
