Awesome lockout band rehearsal space available 5 minute walk from the Smith 9th stop of the F/G line or 4th Ave F/G/R line, border of Park Slope Gowanus at the KK2 Warehouse/Music Factory. Great DW Drum Set inside (must provide own snare and cymbals), Ampeg "Refrigerator" Bass Cabinet, PA system, and gear storage. Cold fridge to store some refreshments while you jam. Two guaranteed nights ($260) plus any time any other band isn't playing. 24/7 coordinating with google. Or if you want to just play days or are a single person we can negotiate. The space is ground floor, shared with 3 other bands in a building with other rehearsal spaces. Security is tight with 3 locked doors to enter the space. There is also a courtyard outside which is a nice place to hang out when the weather is nice, and a lounge where you can sit and hang with your band, get ideas together, plus meet other musicians. Good camaraderie.
