Change locks
Remove Debris from Properties
Cut Grass (Mow, Trim, Edge, and Blow)
Trim Shrubs
Remove Vines
Trim Trees
Maid Services
Snow Removal
Hazard Removal
Must Use a Smartphone To Take and Upload Photos
Report Damages and Provide Measurements
Must have a valid Drivers License
