Description
After long careful deliberation, we have decided to re-home our beautiful mini Australian Shepherd. She is sweet, soft as can be, loyal, playful, smart, quirky and tends to herd all the humans in our pack. The primary issue at hand is that she has an increasing habit of nipping, NOT biting (has never broken skin on any of us), our small children. We would love to find a good loving home for her with kids who are 10+ (more predictable behavior), an older active individual/outdoorsy couple, or farm life where she can run and herd.
She is a purebred, spayed, up to date on all her shots, and turns 8 in February. No known medical issues/special needs. We are asking for a small rehoming fee and can also include recently purchased heartworm, flea and tick medication at a discounted cost. She is crate trained & we will also include a leash and harness.
We want to insure we find the perfect home for her, so we will be quite selective in this process.
If you are interested, please include "Girl Aussie" in subject line, some info about yourself and the home you could provide for her. Let us know if you have had experience with Aussies before. We will probably ask for a home inspection as we will want to see her future living conditions. Thank you for your interest & we look forward to connecting soon!
