Ski, Pole, Glide! For those wanting to learn the technique of Nordic skate skiing, this will be an introductory class to this great wintertime activity. Wednesday February 15th 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM Cyber Center Classroom The indoor classroom session will introduce various equipment, techniques, and an overview of local skate-skiing opportunities. Saturday February 18th 8:30 AM West Cyber Parking Lot The outdoor clinic will be a very basic class, with Instruction as to correct skate skiing form, Gaining balance and technique. It is advised that participants have some nordic skiing experience, but this class is open to all levels. Participants must have SKATE SKIS, boots and poles; please contact CWC for rental options. 307-455-2625 Instructor: Sara Domek, A lifelong nordic skier! Sara competed on the Pinedale High School nordic team and throughout college, earning a title as Wyoming nordic state champion and participating in the Junior Olympics. These days, she loves nordic skiing as a great way to get outside, cover long distances and see new country in the wintertime.
