Description

Join Brittany Edie, Licensed Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher and owner of Graceful Balance, for an hour long yoga practice combining mindfulness, movement, breath work and meditation giving you the tools to reduce stress, build resistance and cope with triggers of anxiety. This class is open to anyone, and modifications will be provided if needed. Please bring a yoga mat.
