Last year, the first Supply Chain & Logistics Conference was a great success. So, we have decided to hold the 2nd Annual Supply Chain & Logistics Conference on March 2, 2023, to continue the mission to raise awareness and education about career paths within our industry. The Supply Chain and Logistics industry is essential in every business transaction. Experts predict that the industry will grow 30% by 2030, offering many promising career paths and a diverse workplace. Nowadays, Millennials and Gen Z are becoming our primary workforce. Today, the young generation struggles to land a job they consider fulfilling. Anxiety about future careers causes personal, financial, and social hardships. Even though there is an increase in demand in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry, many companies struggle to find suitable candidates and retain employees. Therefore, raising awareness about the Supply Chain and Logistics industry and its career paths is essential.
