Served with Sparkling Rose. Second Course: Mouco Camembert with Grilled Focaccia, Pasilla/Citrus Marmalade. Served with 2021 Chardonnay Third Course: Roasted Shortrib with Colorado Grits, Pickled Squash, Mushroom Butter, Shallot Jam. Served with 2021 Cabernet. Fourth Course: Chocolate Mousse with Caramel, Hazelnut Biscotti. Served with 2019 Red Blend. We can accommadate most dietary restrictions.
