Our Celebration with Love is our thanks to you for supporting us for all of these years. We are offering you a special once a year beer pairing. This time our special beer pairing is done with a 4 course dinner from our own smokers. You have seen the talent our brewers have now see what we can curate with a 4 course meal paired with the best beers we have to offer. We will have a semi-romantic environment setup in our own tasting room and music performed by Patrice Ryan during your meal while you are professionally guided through your food pairing from one of our brewers. This happens once a year and is finally back since Covid pushed us away the last two years. We are very excited to offer this to you and we assure you due to limited seating, these tickets will sell out QUICK! If you would like to join us with a group, please call the brewery at (631) 909-4457 and speak to a manager, they will help you setup a table for your group for the event. Please Note: The food being prepared for this event is NOT Gluten Free. We do NOT offer a vegetarian option. We do NOT have any substitutions for any of the menu items we currently have. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope you understand our ability to make only one mean for the quantity of guests and to make sure our pairing is at a premium flavor with its course.
