Join me in learning to make four delicious crepes in celebration of La Chandeleur, an annual celebration in France. We will first learn how to master the Sarasin dough for our savory crepes, followed by the deliciously creamy béchamel sauce which will be used in a personal favorite recipe: the crepe cake with a scrumptious crab filling. Lastly, a meal is not complete without a sweet crepe, so we will make a crepe Suzette that we will flambee. So delicious!
