Description

Earl and Carrie will discuss the many factors to consider when blending, such as barrel selection by varietal, new versus used barrel, and a multitude of other factors to consider when aging and blending wines. You'll then have the opportunity to create your own blend and pre-purchase. This wine will be ready to bottle around September 2023. There is an option to add on a grazing box when purchasing your ticket. This event will be held in our production space. Please be mindful of wearing safe clothing (i.e. heels and/or open-toed shoes).
