Universal Healing Therapy is offering Usui Ryoho Reiki Level I intro workshops one Monday each month (please check schedule!) into June 2023. July-Dec dates available at a later date. Reiki originated in Japan and has transcended into modern health, wellness, and spirituality, and still remains a strong component in these areas to this day. There are three levels of Reiki certification from basic at Level I-which teaches how to self heal; intermediate at Level II-which teaches how to apply deeper self healing practices plus in depth instruction on healing others as a Reiki Practitioner; and finally the advanced level with a rich instruction in Level III, where you become a Reiki Master/Instructor where you learn to teach Reiki yourself, and practice mastering self healing concepts. This workshop is for Reiki Level I, where you will easily learn to recognize and access beautiful universal life force energy within you and all around you to help heal yourself. In this comprehensive workshop you will learn the origins and history of reiki, how and why it is used, and how to apply it to yourself in various applications (think as a sleep aid, stress relief, and even protecting oneself from bad energy) plus practical application during the workshop with fun activities, certification, and receive a discount when you choose to move on to Reiki Level II certification with Universal Healing Therapy. Each workshop features small and intimate settings of up 10 students in a safe and comfy studio space in Abq With Reiki Master/Instructor Amanda. Reiki Level I workshops are 1 day only; and are 4.5 hours long with short breaks in between to minimize having to travel multiple times a week. Be prepared to stay for the entire time in order to receive certification at the end of the workshop (students are welcome to bring light snacks). Personal Reiki manuals and writing tools will be provoided for note taking. Several digital materials will also be emailed to you for your added benefit and continued learning after the class is over. There are clean restrooms on site, sufficient parking and auto locking security doors to the building plus security cameras for safety. Masks are NOT required-if you choose to wear one, please bring your own. Hand sanitizer provided. Feel free to bring some snacks and something to drink; water fountains are available in the building!
