We will be serving a Low Country menu using local and seasonal ingredients. Join us for a 5 course tasting menu inspired by Gina's family recipes and Gullah Geechee heritage.
1st Course
Low Country Nibble Board, Black Eyed Pea Hummus, Pimento Cheese, Pickled Okra, Housemade Herb Crackers
2nd Course
Collard Green and kale salad with marinated shrimp. Topped with a chow chow vinaigrette
3rd Course
Okra Gumbo with blue crabs, Mini Hoe Cakes

Grandma Lucy's Deviled Crab with creamy seafood grits

Ella's pound cake slices with a rum based fruit compote and fresh whipped cream
