NoLa-style BeignetsIt’s Fat Tuesday, and we are going to live it up NOLA-style! And that means fluffy, fried donuts drowned in powder sugar for lunch! Beignets, are square, yeasted French donuts that are an iconic food of New Orleans’s Café Du Monde, dating back to 1862. Served with café au lait, we will lunch big easy style!
