Join us for a night to slow down and endulge in romance and love. Life gets busy. Work, family, kids, friends, errands. It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day. This is an opportunity to reconnect with your special someone over an elegant dinner experience. About the chef: Jay Gatto has been in the culinary world for 11 years. He started in Florida where he attended culinary school and worked in local kitchens. That path led him to spending a year in Florence, Italy, learning the authentic cuisine of Tuscany. After that, he traveled to New Orleans and learned first hand the wonder of creole cooking. He spent time at the Biltmore in Asheville, NC and recently transplanted to Chattanooga and has since joined the Niedlov's team. For Jay, the artistry of cooking is combining ingredients, techniques, flavors, colors and textures together to create dishes that are fun, aesthetic and delicious.
