Learn childbirth skills in a relaxed environment taught by board-certified OB nurses. This class helps expectant parents understand the entire birth process. Topics include: coping with third-trimester discomforts, how to know when you are in labor, stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, options for pain releif, and how to care for yourself after your baby is born. Location: Oconee Memorial Hospital, 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca 29672. Use the parking lot across from the walking trail and the entrance that says "Oconee Memorial Hospital." Take the elevator to the 1st floor, and the rooms are on the left. Registration is required.
