Do you own a Four Wheel Pop-up Truck Camper? Then please consider joining us for the 2023 Northern California Customer Rally & Campout! It will be a blast. Hang out, relax, meet like-minded people, and go explore in the beautiful Foothills & Gold Mining Towns of Northern California. Four Wheel Campers has reserved the Nevada County Fairgrounds (located in Grass Valley, CA) for our weekend event. This is a new venue for us and are looking forward hosting this event at a new location. DATES:  June 23rd - 25th, 2023 COST:  $ 100 per person (not per camper). $50 for kids 5-18 years old. Under 5 free. Be sure to get a ticket for everyone attending in your group, this is a bit different than past years! ADDRESS: NEVADA COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS, 11228 McCOURTNEY ROAD, GRASS VALLEY, CA 95949 ACCOMMODATIONS:  Dispersed camping in a beautiful forested camping area located on the fairgrounds property. Find your spot, make camp, and enjoy this quiet forest setting. Restroom Accommodations: The fairgrounds has restroom facilities on-site. Shower Accommodations: More information to follow. We are checking to see what they have. Four Wheel Campers will provide dinner on Friday night, a continental breakfast on Saturday morning, another dinner on Saturday evening, and a light continental breakfast Sunday morning. Note: If you have special food needs, please bring your own special food or snacks. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate everyone’s food needs. Other exciting events to expect during the weekend: Special events & classes will be announced closer to the rally.All FWC owners will receive a special rally shirt & other goodies.Potluck Desserts: Feel free to bring your favorite dessert to share on Friday, Saturday night, or for both nights.Other Small Considerations: No open campfires unless authorized by the fairgrounds personnel ahead of time. This will be dependent on the current risk of forest fires.Please smoke in designated areas or your vehicle only, fire danger is real!There are quite a few things to do in the area. Mountain Biking, Hiking, Gold Mine Tours, etc.Bring your own chairs, sunscreen, hats, drinking water, ear plug, lunches, snack foods, water, fully charged batteries... you know what you need!Dogs are more than welcome, as long as they are kept on a leash. Please be considerate and pick up after their droppings.We would love to have any & all Four Wheel Pop-up Camper owners join us for the weekend. Hope to see you there! Four Wheel Campers Adventure Slideshow We’d love to play a slideshow using photos from your favorite recent adventures with your camper.If you would like to participate, please send no more than 3x jpeg photos to [email protected] you would also like to give us permission to use the photos for social media purposes in the future, please include this sentence in your response “FWC has permission to use the attached photos for social media use.”, as well as your Instagram name and a short description of the photos. Happy to re-share and give you credit!Fun & Games! Bring the good vibes and welcoming spirit. This is THE place to make new camping friends. Camper Tours: On Saturday you can choose to show off your Rig or walk around and check out others (or a bit of both!)If you have a favorite camping game, please bring it! Perfect for down times and some friendly competition. Feel free to bring your musical instruments to enjoy by the communal area. Potluck Desserts: If you feel inspired, please bring a dessert to share for Friday or Saturday night. This has been a tradition for years! Reusable Dinnerware: Please plan to bring and use your reusable plates, cups & utensils. We’d like to cut down on single use waste! We’ll still have a limited number of disposable items.
