A community realty event that combines painting and socializing with an educational component on navigating the process of home ownership and financing. Attendees will learn about the first steps required to secure home financing while enjoying a sip and paint experience. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a non-profit organization that helps re-home disabled veterans.
