Description

Unfortunately due to personal health issues I have to rehome both of my German Sheppards. PLEASE READ the description. I don’t like repeating myself. Max is roughly a year old. He came to me, I didn’t search for him. When he found me he was skin and bones, mites, hair loss, and just an overall mess. He’s been with me about 9 months now and he is just a pure beauty. He is very energetic, loves to steal my food, has learned most commands, is house broken, BUT does have food aggression and SEVERE dominance issues. He has food allergies. He cannot switch foods, he must remain on what he’s on. He cannot eat table scraps. He is GREAT with kids. Max loves being walked, but needs someone who can handle him because sometimes he’s great and then other times he’s a puller. If you have cats, the answer is NO. I have been shock training him and it does deter him from cats, but he’s no quite trained yet in that regard. He has a lot of love to give! Diego is roughly 7 years old. Gosh this one is hard. I’ve had the pleasure of loving him for the last 3 years. When he came to me he was aggressive towards any person or animal. No one was aloud around me or my children, no one could come in my house. It took so much for us to mellow Diego out. Now (3 years later) he lets people in, he still knows when he doesn’t like someone and isn’t scared to nip them. This being said, he needs to go to a home with either one person, or a couple. Diego is great with my kids, but that doesn’t mean he’ll be great with you or yours. I saved him from his own hell, which is why I think he’s been so damn good to me. Diego has stomach issues, his diet cannot be changed. He cannot eat table scraps. He is an escape artist. He has mastered getting out of every cage I’ve bought. He gets along with my dogs, but this just didn’t happen overnight. It took work! I will NOT release Diego to anyone with kids or other pets. He’s a good dog, but he’ll be a horrible dog if his environment isn’t right. He’s a big baby. He’s huge, yet he thinks he’s 12 pounds and knows how to manipulate you and block you from being able to get up. He’s so smart. If you saw the cage I bought, and if you saw how he unlocks it with his teeth, he should’ve been a police dog, he’s so smart. You have to out think him. My attachment to both of these dogs makes this very difficult. If it wasn’t due to circumstances this post wouldn’t be being made. Max was going to be be rehomed for he was a rescue, never permanent, but Diego, geez laouside he’s my rider. 😩 To differentiate the photos, the one with a clock is Diego, the one without a clock is Max.
