We recently remodeled my basement (1350 sqft) but there is some work unfinished.
1) We have baseboards which are already painted, we need someone who can cut, install and then Caulk them
2) We have roughly 75 sqft of flooring to be installed. We are installing them in a diagonal pattern so they need to be cut and installed.
3) Finish caulking 3 to 4 door trims which we recently installed.
We will provide all the material and if you have any tools then it would be great. This jobs needs to be completed in a day or day and half.
$200 for the whole JOB.
