*Not for a first time pet, sorry Carl doesn't appreciate being a guinea pig. He doesn't squeak much and he really doesn't like other piggies. Might be because he was housed with so many others before I got him (and still in with five by the time I did get him), I don't know. But the point is he also doesn't like being picked up. He has been checked out by Dr. Pierce at Village Center Vet and got the all clear last year. He's 2 and à half years old now. So he isn't for a first time pet owner. Once you have him picked up he tolerates you having him on your lap and petting him. He's come à very long way though! Is there someone that has time that wants to continue socializing Carl? My next step was going to be enticing him with veggies and working on getting him to come out of the pigloos when I call him. We had a family Member get ill and I do not spend enough time with him now. For 20 dollars, Carl comes with everything you see plus à brand new just opened 5 lb bag of Mazuri guinea pig pellets. No flippers, I'll be asking lots of questions. You don't have to take the used cage (it's old and dirty on the bottom but it gets the job done), but the price is still the same. Please text me .
