Seeking garage space for car work

Hello. I'm looking for an indoor space where I could do some repairs on my car (mid-size / Crosstrek). I have all the tools I need. Just want to get out of the elements and can't do repairs in the parking lot where I live (HOA). Access to an outlet for charging batteries would be a plus, but isn't necessary. I'll clean up after myself and won't leave a mess. Thank you.
