Within a few months, you could be fully trained and working full-time as a Collision Technician at one of our 4 High Quality Collision Centers in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Starting pay of $16/hr with full-time hours. $17/hr when you finish the class - approximately 90 days. Fully trained collision technicians with 5 or more years of experience can expect to earn well over $100,000/year! Available to current employees or new hires - Apply Today! Auto Collision Technician Duties This is an entry-level technician position where some basic aptitude and skills are required. No previous experience necessary. All training provided. You will begin working in our shop right away doing what you can to practice your skills and contribute while you learn, including: Damage evaluation/analysis - reading estimates Look up repair procedures Disassembly and blueprinting Remove, label, and retain all hardware and retainers Prep vehicle surface - sanding, minor fill work Mirror matching parts Vehicle scans And more!
