We are looking for a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our property. Responsibilities include: Routinely walking the property and picking up trash Raking and smoothing out shell path on Segway route Spraying building foundations and Segway path for bugs and weeds on a regular schedule Cleaning sidewalks, porch, and garage door Maintaining and inventorying chicken-related equipment Performing minor repairs such as installing bed covers and fixing cabinet hinges. The ideal candidate will have experience in groundskeeping and be able to work independently. Must be able to operate a Segway and sprayer equipment. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is a must. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: 10 hour shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Sarasota, FL 34234: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Landscaping/Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
