Customer Contact Representative position available in the Augusta/Auburn/Portland area. We are offering a healthcare service to small business owners. Key Responsibilities: Present and sell company services to new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers Qualifications: Must be energetic and eager to make money! Effective communication skills and strong people skills Be aware of our customer marketing initiatives Initiative-taking with the ability to establish rapport quickly Strong organizational skills Establish excellent customer experience through relationship building • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • Computer profiency • Previous experience in sales and customer service Schedule: 2 days per week Wednesday 11:30-3:30 Friday 10:00- 2:00 Base pay plus incentives. Plus per diem to work occasionally a day in the office. To complete work like filing, copying, and printing. Must have a car to drive!
