Moving and need help

Hello IAM, moving a three bedroom townhouse within 10 mile radius. I will probably have all of the smaller items moved and transported, but I need help breaking down the beds and moving the larger items such as couches, dining table and chairs, beds, dressers, and TVs. Need help between Jan 25 and 30. Flexible. Please have a truck thx. 75 hour.
