Soffit & Fascia man needed to provide labor to install F&S on commercial building. This project is a large project, with the main building dimensions of 230'x60', and a new building built next to the existing building which is approx. 21'x15'. This work is ready to begin immediately. What I will need from you if you're interested in doing this job is the following;
1. Meet with me onsite to go over the scope of the job.
2. Provide me with a written estimate for labor costs associated with installation of this job.
3. Provide me with a materials list needed based upon your labor estimate.
4. Provide me with 2 references of work you have completed within the prior 12 months.
5. Proof of license and insurance.
