Local contractor in need of 15-20 yds of carpet and pad to be installed near Colonial Heights, Canton (24th St NE)
compensation: $150 labor (15yd)
Professional installer needed. Installer must provide padding and labor, carpet will be purchase and needed to be picked up at Lowe's on the strip in Beldon Village. This is roughly a 1.5 hr job for an expert/ experienced installer.
-basic padding to be provided by installer.
-no trim moldings needed
-the subfloor was all replaced in 2012 throughout the entire home and it is plywood.
-The job involves one 8 x 15 step down living area
-No pattern in the carpet
-house is empty no furniture
