The Club Cortile Master Association located at 2701 Club Cortile Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34746 is hiring a part-time Handyman to deal with general maintenance items including: • Stucco Repair and painting • Minor electrical repair • Gutter cleaning and repair – Ground level • Power washing • Vent clean-out • Basic plumbing • Other General maintenance items. General Position Specifications: • Weekly hours will be variable and will average between 10-20 hours/week. • Pay rate will be $19/hour • Work assignments would be made via a work order system that would be managed by the Club Cortile On-Site manager (OSM). Work requests would be submitted to the OSM and approved/prioritized by the Club Cortile Master Association. The OSM will coordinate, assign and review work. The Handyman will not accept requests directly from unit owners or tenants. • Work hours will be Monday – Friday and will be coordinated with the OSM. Since this will be a part-time position, the handyman will be given reasonable flexibility regarding work hours. Position Qualifications: • Applicant should have a minimum of 5 years of experience maintaining and repairing basic electrical and mechanical systems. • Applicant should have experience in stucco repair and painting. • Applicant will be expected to provide their own tools. Ladders, painting supplies and materials will be provided by Club Cortile. • References will be required as well as a background check.
